His work has created valuable opportunities for both homeowners and investors. As a respected real estate broker, Moe has overseen numerous successful developments across California and continues to guide venture capitalists looking to diversify their investment portfolios.

Moe’s success goes beyond business; he is dedicated to giving back to his community. As the 2023 President of the Merced County Board of Realtors, he plays a key role in improving local neighborhoods and leadership to the board. In line with his commitment to community growth, Moe took on the role of County Planning Commissioner, where he helps shape the county’s development.
